2. Eligibility and guardians
A parent or legal guardian must approve enrollment and use for a minor where required. Adults providing information about a child confirm they are authorized to do so.
3. Services and availability
Programs, schedules, instructors, locations, features, and materials may change. We will use reasonable care to communicate material changes. Website information is general and does not guarantee availability or a specific learning outcome.
4. Fees, cancellations, and refunds
Prices, tax treatment, payment dates, cancellation rules, make-up lessons, and refund conditions are shown in the applicable enrollment or purchase terms. Please review them before payment. Fees for products bought through Amazon or services bought through HSDOS.AI are governed by the terms shown on those services.
5. Safe and acceptable use
- Treat learners, staff, partners, and other participants respectfully.
- Do not disrupt classes, misuse accounts, copy restricted content, attempt unauthorized access, or use the services unlawfully.
- Follow reasonable safety, venue, recording, and safeguarding instructions.
6. Intellectual property
Hear See Do names, logos, characters, Monkey Yoga Phonics™, course content, videos, worksheets, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Hear See Do. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted only as stated for the relevant service. No other copying, distribution, resale, adaptation, or public performance is allowed without written permission.
7. Photos, recordings, and submissions
We will seek appropriate permission before using identifiable learner photos or recordings for promotional purposes. Materials or feedback you submit remain yours, but you give us permission to use them as needed to provide the requested service.
8. External services
This site may link to HSDOS.AI, Amazon, social platforms, or other third parties. Their services and transactions are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for content or services we do not control.
9. Responsibility
We provide services with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, Hear See Do is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access where payment is overdue, safety is at risk, these terms are materially breached, or continued service is not reasonably possible. Any refund or outstanding payment will be handled under the applicable service terms and law.
11. Governing law and contact
